Hi,

wondering if anyone could help me out on this... I wanting to calculate an uplift in demand based on a few measures. These being conversion rate, AOV and sales.

If I have a conversion rate of 14.15% for one period and 14.79% (difference is 0.64) how can i calculate uplift in demand on the 0.64.

I would like an automated way excel document to add the conversion rates-orders and AOV to calulate the uplift.

Any ideas?

Any help appreciated

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
sorry, i should have made myself a little more.clear.

aov is average order value. calculating is sales (demand)/orders.

so if conversion rate is higher compared to another in different.periods what is the incremental uplift of that % conversion is.calculated orders / visits.

i have a template which i.want to add the two.conversion rates with visits, orders demand, and.aov. need a calc which will give me.the uplift between the two conversion rates.

Page visits Orders Sales Conversion Rate AOV Incremntal demand generated
A 7,748 1,096 £142,386.06 14.15% $130
B 8,474 1,253 £154,210.72 14.79% $123

<<<< From the increase between 2 conversions how could i calulate the incremntal sales which B has generated?

Are you asking for what is the percent increase?

so if you had
14.15%
and it went up to
14.79%

Are you asking for the percent increase?

If so that would be:
4.52%

if 14.15% is in D9 and 14.79% is in D10, then in E10 enter:
Code:
=(D10-D9)/D9

=(154210 - 142386) / (8474 - 7748) = $16.29 per additional visit

To determine that - you are you qualifying "extra sales"?
Is that like a rep going over quota?

This question you are asking sounds more like a business question rather than an excel question. Once the business question is answered, then you can use excel to isolate that.
