Hi guys,

New problem here: I am trying to calculate a few statistics for a business which generates recurring revenues.
2 stats I would like to assess are Upsells and Downsells.

Say a customer starts a contract in July 2020 for 3 years.
Total contract value is $25k ie: 5k in 2020 and then 10k per year thereafter.
The current formula tells me that in 2021 there is a 5k upsell because the business recognize $10k in the year for this customer instead of $5k.
So it is not an upsell: it is just the normal $ amount that is to be charged during the course of a year.

Would you guys have any idea on how to implement an upsell/downsell check that works better?

Thanks!
