Calculating years and days in word document

Hi Folks

I know this is a Excel forum, but does anybody know how to calculate the total years and days for 2 columns in a table in a word document.

For example,

	Years/Days	Years/Days	Total EXAMPLE
*Example*	03/234	01/000	4/234

Can anyone help please?
