Calendar Pop-up

Hi,
IS there a way I can have a calendar pop up when I goto certain cells to enable me to select any date from the caldar

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
I found that link in another thread, what I don't quite understand is how to get the calendar to pop up if I click in a particular range of cells - which in my case would be any cell from F2 and H2 downwards (F&H1 are both column titles)

oops. I just realised I posted that reply in the wrong thread...my fault for having 2 different topics open in different tabs and replying to the wrong one
