Calendar - Text depending on List Box Selection

Hello All,

I was assigned this project and would need some help in getting started. Basically what needs to be done is have a calendar (template which I downloaded off the web) and for each date there needs to be a drop down list with 3 selections. When selecting an option from that list a cell outside of the calendar will display a description of events for that team on that day. Therefore the description needs to be static and unique to the team.

any help would be great. I have adjusted the calendar template but thats about it. Oh! and filled out my 3 selections for my drop down list. Lets call them Peter, Paul, Mary.

Then you can make a formula that state if this cell = "Peter", then x, etc.
