Call a macro when a cell is selected

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
How do you run a macro if a cell is selected or values change??

in VB Editor goto the project explorer(if you cant see project explorer press Crtl+R) the choose the worksheet you want use change option in and paste/call your macro within the following :
