Call userform based on cell value

Hello,

Need macro to call userform when A1 is "Assigned". Basically if A1 has a certain value i want to call the userform (popup). Please help. Thank you.

I think this will get you what you want.
I have it set up to display UserForm1 if the value 44 is entered in cell A1.

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
If Range("A1").Value = 44 Then Call UserForm_Initialize
End Sub

Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
Load UserForm1
UserForm1.Show
End Sub
