Cambiar el tamano de una imagen de una hoja excel

Hola: a todos, quisiera saber sis es posible cambir el tamano de una imagen al pasar el mouse encima de el y cuando ya no este el mouse que vuelva a su tamano.

Exactamente no sabría cómo, pero podría ser usando algo como el MouseOver
event combinando con shapes.
