There is no automatic way of changing cell entries. Or do you want to generate a copy of the sheet in another sheet by formulas to do this? Formatting can be done via Conditional Formatting.

Hi, thank you for you reply.
In fact, I would like to run a VBA script to "see" the range A1:W35, up to down, left to right, and for each "0,130,530,0" sequence find, change the letter "B" above to "99" and for each "480,0,180,0" sequence find, change the letter "A" above to "99". I can`t figure out how to achieve this by conditional formatting. A VBA macro is more suitable, right?

To actually change cell contents, yes, a VBA macro is needed. Have you done any VBA ... have you done any research into how to write some VBA to do this?
