Hi

I have a workbook that needs data transferring. What I have is the following and trying to automate.

On the sheet called "data input" if the data in cell D14 is a NEGATIVE then I need that copy and pasted into cell D12 on sheet called "shift sheet"

OR

If the data in cell D14 on sheet called "data input" is a POSITIVE then I need coped and pasted into cell H11 on sheet called "shift sheet"

The figure in cell D14 on sheet called data input aleready has a formula in it of which is D14-D13 to be able to get a positive or negative figure.

Any Ideas?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
on your shift sheet set up a formula in the relevant cells
In D12
=IF('Data Input'!D14<0,'Data Input'!D14,"")
in H11
=IF('Data Input'!D14>=0,'Data Input'!D14,"")
