can anyone simplify this equation please?

I'm thinking it could be done using a sumifs function but I can't get past the thinking stage! Any help, as always, is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

I can't understand that, it's there when I look and I've just clicked on the link and downloaded the workbook (book1), then opened it and the functions are there on K5 & Q5??
