Can I delete duplicated rows based on certain columns only

I have a workbook that has duplicated entries in columns E-K .

The thing is one of the duplicated entries also have data in columns A-D and the other dont.

Is there any way that I can delete the duplicated entry from the worksheet that contains all the data in rows A-K and leave the other?
