Thank you so very much, I figured it was something simple but If you don't know the right things to ask the program the logic in the help doesn't make much sense.Use this formula in cell B1:
orExcel Formula:=A1 & " to " & A2
Excel Formula:=A1 & "-" & A2
One more thing, Is there anyway to write that in as a Dollar range? Formatting won't adjust the value to currency or accounting because its not returning a typical number. so B1 should actually read $0-$100You are welcome.

Perfect! thanks Joe.Since the value being returned is a string, you cannot applied formatting to it. Formatting only works on numeric fields (dates included).
But just keep concatenating on the text pieces you want (the "$"), i.e.
