Can I restrict a user to paste only values in my spreadsheet's cells and not any other attibutes viz. formatting, validation etc?

Hi Friends,
I have a spreadsheet with some conditional formatting in it. Now as soon as any user pastes text in any of the cells, it changes the formatting rules and disturbs the functionality of my sheet. What I want to do is to put a restriction on pasting so that when an user pastes any text, only values should get pastes and not anything else.

There's some good info in the above thread about disabling commands. Maybe you could adapt one of these samples to disable "Paste".
