Hi

Please can someone kindly help me?

I have 2 cells, in A1 i have a formula that vlookup from other spreadsheet and results are a 'Yes' or 'No'
In B2 i have a formula which goes to other spreadsheet with a Vlookup & results are numbers which relates to an employee

If A1 looks up results come back with 'No' and B2 comes back with a figure above 0 how do i get both (or one) cell to highlight red?

Be GREAT if someone can solve for me :0)

Many thanks
