can somebody help

i am new to this and in need of some help. i am wanting to create a simple spreadsheet which is for a warehouse order picking sheet. i want to be able to have on it the picking date, customer name its going to, the delivery town, delivery date, delivery note number, 9 products total number of pallets, booking ref number, booked time and last but not least speacial instructions. where do i start being a excel novice.

Can you explain this in a little more detail. At the moment, I get the impression you want a few title headers!?!?! What coding or formulae are you lookng for and what do you want us to do for you?

If I undertand you correctly, could you not use Data Validation for the 9 items?
