Can someone create a chart from combo box data?

Hi folks,
I can't figure out how to chart data from a combo box.
I have 7 combo boxes in column D, each of which is connected to a data source in column H.
Any takers?

The source for chart data has to be in a range on a sheet. You should be able to create a chart from the cells in column H if they reflect the data from the comboboxes. I won't open the google site because rhey require a sign in and then they use tracker cookies for those who sign in.
