Hi. Usually when I put by pointer to the bottom right corner of the cell the pointer changes to a +. I'm then able to drag down or accross. Currently my pointer does not change to the +, I therefore cannot drag. Can someone help me with this?
Thank you

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
It only does this for the selected cell. Have you clicked into the cell you're trying to drag?

No. I'm not clicked on the cell.
This also ahppens when I'm in the "page break preview" page, whereby I cannot extend the blue line to extend or reduce the page setting.

You have to click (select) the cell to get the + in the corner before you can drag the cell.

Try:

Tools -> Options- > Edit
Check the "Allow cell drag and drop" box.
