cannot use text box control in Excel 2011

Hi,

I cannot click text box in developer (excel 2011). and how could i insert the text box activex
 

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
