Hello,

I have a very large data on a spreadsheet that I want to print on ledger (11*17). So I went to file and selected print preview and it is showing the headings only. Where are the rest of the data. What can I do to see the whole entire data and able to print on ledger. Please help. My # is (626) 301-0809 ext 6032. Thank you.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Click on View | Page Break Preview and adjust the printable area of the page. Make sure that you've got margins and stuff set right in the page setup dialog.

Also, what printer is it? Did you recently install this printer? Try a different driver if you suspect there's a printer incompatibility; the HP 550C is a good generic one.
