Can't figure out simple starting cell reference

Sub SheetNames()
For i = 2 To Sheets.Count
Cells(i, 1) = Sheets(i).Name
Next i
End Sub

Basically it just lists the worksheets in the book. The issue is, it lists them starting cell A2. I am able to modify the column, but not the row. How can I modify this code so my list begins in cell A9 for example?
