Can't get this line past debugger!

This works fine:
ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=((R13C/100)*(RC[-1]/1000))"

But trying to change to this:
ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=IF(ISBLANK(RC[-1]),"""",((R13C/100)*(RC[-1]/1000))"

Stops the debugger. Suggestions?

Try recording yourself actually typing in the formula into the cell. Then copy what you recorded into the actual macro. This is assuming that if the cell above the cell you want to write to is blank and you want ((R13C/100)*(RC[-1]/1000)) placed in the cell.
