Can't Insert a column

Hello everyone,

I have a spreadsheet that I have been working on. And I have come to a point where everytime I try to insert a column I get an error message. That says try deleting stuff to the right and down and then reselect A1 and save the workbook.

Anyway this is not working. I am not sure what I have done or if this is just a result of graphs or grouping or merged cells in my worksheet.

If anyone has some input on the matter I would love to hear it.
