"Can't open Pivot Table Source file____" - how to find affected Pivot Table?

Hi all,
I'm trying to get more comfortable with pivot tables and I'm attempting to clean up all the issues that have been handed down to me in a spend plan Excel File. I downloaded it from the company server to my computer, and when I refresh all, I get this error message:
"Can't open Pivot Table source file [Spend Plan _HCP034.xlsx] Forecast Actual"

This file has a lot of pivot tables in it. Is there a way I can find the one affected by this problem that the error message is pointing to?
