Capability Question

First off, I am very new to Power BI. I have been using Excel for many years. I am working on several automation projects, and the reporting we do can surely be automated. On that aspect, I am really excited. However, one of my projects is a simple data output that I use to generate a Cpk chart every week. The problem is we have what I see as a redundant process.

Currently we are measuring the length and widths of Printed Circuit Boards at one of our processes. Later, the same boards are measured on a CMM for another report. The problem is all of the data that I need is in multiple folders.
Power BI seems more than capable of getting the data from multiple folders, but everything I find on the net is of the amazing visualization, but nothing about a simple data output. Can Power BI put out simple data like the image attached?

Thanks in advance
Willy

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
your (multiple) folders are in the one, common folder?
if so you can use From Folder feature then filter unnecessary files and append the rest

Hey Sandy, thanks for the reply
The input isn't the issue, it's the output that I'm concerned about. I don't want to tell people I've found a solution until I know that Power BI is capable of a simple output (see attached)

your attachment looks like two files with different dates but the same structure appended one to one, that's all what I can say
if this is one file so where is the problem?
it's possible in Power Query aka Get&Transform in Excel also in PowerBI
