Caps Lock

Can we enable Caps lock on some specific cell in excel and then turn caps lock off when user leave this cell?

Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

If Target.Address(False, False) = "A1" Then
    Application.EnableEvents = False
    Target.Value = UCase(Target.Value)

then try entering text in lower case in A1.

Change the range to the cells in question.

Not that I'm aware of, but you can use VBA to ensure whatever is typed in a cell is in upper-case.

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then Target.Value = UCase(Target.Value)
End Sub

That will force the text in A1 to upper case once you've left the cell.
