Hi

Is there a function other than cell("address",(reference)) that gives a cell address as a result. That one give an absolute address and I need to obtain a relative address.

Thx

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Since it's text, I don't see how it would matter, but:
Substitute(cell("address",reference),"$","")
should do it.

I still don't see the need. The only way the address returned will alter is if you pass a relative cell address to the CELL function and then it doesn't matter whether you get an absolute address back since it's text, not a reference to a cell.
