I have this spreadsheet:

clipboard02x.gif

Jx=(Bx+Dx+Fx+Hx)

Now my problem:

I would like to automatically color the J cells depending on K value, which changes hourly.
J cells with value bigger than K cells should be green and J cells with lower value than K cells red.

For instance:
J1 should be green.
J9 should be red.

Any help is really appreciated, i'm really stuck.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
THX MAN! Exactly what i was looking for!

Could you tell me how i apply the formating to all the cells below once i set it for the first?
Or do i have to do it manually?

You can select all the rows, apply the CF with the formula referring to the first row. Excel will adjust the formula for the rows below the first one.
