Hi All.

I need some assistance with Excel 2003

I have the following words in the cell

"Acceptance Number - The maximum number of defects or defectives allowable in a sampling lot for the lot to be acceptable."

I want to seperate into 2 different fields this part

"Acceptance Number" in one field

"The maximum number of defects or defectives allowable in a sampling lot for the lot to be acceptable." into another field

How do I use the wild card, left right commands or what ever is needed to achieve this? I want to use " -" as the key reference point, note the spaces before the - is required.

Thanks,

Andy
