Cell Heights and Widths Do Not Change After a Data Sort?

Hi All, I am happy to be back on the forums. Thank you for reading. Here is my question:

I am sorting data that has various amounts of written text in each cell. When I data sort this text the cells do not adjust their height or width for the text that is data sorted. How do I format the Cells to adjust for any amount of text so that the cell is large enough to display all the text?
