Cell List / Combo

Hello,

This may be a really easy one as i'm sure i have seen it done before.
I'm fine with creating combo boxes and list boxes but i am sure i have seen a function where the actual cell, whne clicked gives a list of values to choose from.

How do i create one of these - or is it just a combo box which is exactly the same dimensions as the cell it inahabits and sends the value to?
