Cell number calc

I'm using version 14.0.4760.1000 (32-Bit) and when I try and type a number in a cell it divides the number by 100. All cells are formated to general. If I put an apostrophe before the number it will hold the value but if not it will not. I can't copy the format it won't hold.

Click the File tab, click Options, click Advanced, uncheck Automatically insert a decimal point.
