  1. Windows
User using Excel (Office 365) installed on a Windows PC.
Sometimes.... When the user selects a cell, a value will appear in that cell (Example: 24.98) and when another cell is selected, that value (24.98) will move to the new cell.
It doesn't matter where in the spreadsheet a cell is selected (with the click of a mouse) the value will follow (move) to the newly selected cell.
Close the spreadsheet & open it again and its OK... until it starts again.
Can anyone throw any light on where I can start looking to solve this please?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi there

Is there and macros or VBA Code running?
Does this happen on all workbooks or only a specific one?
Any hidden sheets with formulas?

Maybe start checking these...
