cells deletion

Dear All,

Can any one help me for how to delete selected cells.

suppose, i select cell a22 and click on cmd btn.
then only row a22 get deleted and a23 record replace on a22.

Kindly suggest.

its done but, this only delete the cells and down cell comes up.
this fine.

but i want to delete whole row by selecting one cell.

is this possible sir?
