Is there a function that gives the cell number in VBA?

I don't want Cells or Range which give the value inside the cell, but the location of the cell itself. I am trying to create a While statement and I would prefer to do it without a For statement.

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Run this code and see if it's helps with your query:
Code:
Sub testme()
Dim i As Integer
i = 5
MsgBox Range("A" & i).Address
End Sub
