Cells not calculating

for some reason sections of my spreadsheet will not recalculate. I do F9 and etc but the cells will not calculate until I retype the formula.

Any idea why or how to fix this.

What are these formulas and what cells do they refer to (do they for example refer to pivot table cells)?

Yes, it would be helpful to know what formulas you are using. If perhaps you are using a User Defined Function (UDF) then you may need to add
