cells not updating

Problem started with Win 7 and continues in Win 10. running 2010 Pro Plus. Recently repair was tried without improvement. Also completely deleted and re installed office. When a cell is changed other cells that refer to it should update. There are thousands of these. I have a work around, but it's not practical [ find all =/replace all with =].

What has come to light is that the OP has a habit of cross-posting without providing links. My post here was merely to reinforce the need for the OP to follow the rules - something he's taken exception to on one of the other forums.
