Cells with Borders

A simple question - I created a spreadsheet, primarily with cells full of text, and as an afterthought would like to put a border around each cell. I know I have the option of using the 'Border' drop down, but that addresses each cell individually and I have a lot of them to do.
Is there a way of possibly highlighting all the relevant cells and putting an individual border around each one? Again, there is already something in them or it would be a lot easier.

~ Thanks very much ~
