Centering Data in Cells

I have created a template that I am using for work. I have centered all the cells in the template. But when i copy data from another file that is not centered, it inserts the data not centered. Any ideas on how to make the template center all of the text even if I copy text thats not centered?

Try Edit > PasteSpecial and select Values.
