Certain times formula

Hi what formula can be used to see if a time is between 06:00 and 14:30
 
Hi yes I know but I’m using this formula to say if time is in between 6.00 and 14.30 do b2-a2 and this works cuz say for instance time is 09.30 and 14.30 this is true so with the if statement so the result is 5 hours . What I’m asking is is there are formula that checks that date in column a is the same as column b because I can use the if and command and when both are true it then won’t go past 14.30

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
