CF help.

Hi everyone,
I need some help with this CF.
( Blue Table below ) I have this formula =IF(D6=1,1,F6+1) in F7 right and down that calculate the span of the number in column D, when a number hit, it restart at 1 and goes up until it hit again.

( Orange Table below )The CF from this table below work as is : when the number is higher than the previous one it return in Red, when the number is smaller than the previous one it return in Green.
Red =($D7>=$D5)*(F7=$D7)
Green =($D7<=$D5)*(F7=$D7)

I tried to copied that CF for my blue table but doesn't work.

I need the CF from the orange table to work for the Blue table, if possible,
any help will be appreciated.

I install L2BB like the video showed, but for some reason it wouldn't work, L2BB is in my Add-Ins but it wont show on my ribbon !!! when I go to the L2BB and I click it's asking for a password ???

Anyway this is why I posted pictures instead, but haven't been successful yet !!!.
