In a macro I'm writing I'm trying to locate a data point with a particular value (value that is closest to the average of all data points) on a Donut chart and change its interior color. Since the point can potentially be in any position, I can't use a static Index. My goal is to make a chart that resembles a gasoline meter of a car. Any advice is appreciated.

As you can see, I have succeeded in making the chart itself, but there are this difficulty in making the right slice to change its colur when needed....sigh!
