Change column letter

Hi Team,

I want to change the letter as per requirement.

IF column as H,I,J,K,L i want to those change to ABCDE

so example 16% will be 16%A, 25%K will be 25%D and 30%MN should be only 30%

can anyone help me on this also need formula to let (H) to H only
