Change Data Validation Source

I have a case that needs to change the data validation source like, if the value in column A=1, then the data validation source in column B will use "DRCode", else will use "CRCode". Each row in column A will have different value so the list box in column B will change depends on column A's value.

I want to use formula to change the data validation source. Is it possible? Please provide instruction, thanks a lot!
