change event query

I would like to create a change event on a worksheet which is activated if and when the user
types Y in column "V"

When this happens i would that row to automatically populate the cells "a" to "k"
with "TBD"

Any help appreciated

Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Column = 22 And UCase(Target.Value) = "Y" Then
    Application.EnableEvents = False
    Range("A" & Target.Row).Resize(, 11).Value = "TBD"
    Application.EnableEvents = True
End If
