I have a folder with 50+ excel workbooks that all link to each other. I want to add some macros but I have to change the file extension to save it. I want to delete the old excel workbook and keep the macro enabled, but it will break the links in the other linked workbooks. Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Save the macro-enabled workbook along with its predecessor. Then change the links to the macro-enabled workbook and delete the predecessor.
