Change Excel Lettering

How can I change the words at the top of the excel work book that say "Microsoft Excel" to something of my choice ?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Right click the Excel logo just to the left of File on the menu bar, select View Code and paste in.

then save the workbook, close it and re-open it.
