hi,
we have a fixtures matrix we use that filters out the club based on the raw data on the fixtures tab, from the fixture tab it knows what pitch the team normally plays on, what venue and at what time.

the raw data pulls data from league websites every time there updated
from this, sheet 10, uses a filter formula to only bring over the teams that play at the club...however the question is, as pitch, venue and time are set and basically is a Vlookup if we need to manually change the pitch, venue and time, next time the fixtures update on the fixtures tab then the lookup won't work as the data validation deletes the Vlookup.

ideally we would like the option to change the kick off time - ideally like a data validation list?, but as the sheet 10 use fixtures updated automatically these fixtures change weekly on this sheet , if I use the a Vlookup with data validation in the same cell, next time the fixtures are updated and IF we manually change the kick off times then the Vlookup won't work.

hope this makes sense
