Hi all,

I have an excel spreadsheets thtat I have written VB for. I go out of Excel to change the name to something more appropriate (cause I'm now releasing the SS ) I change the name, start the SS and press the button for the macro that I have written and nothing happens! It was entirely correct BEFORE I changed the name. I went to the backup and discovered that the new program name was actually calling the old program name -- Can any point to the answer for this problem-- this is my 1st VB program written with Excel ,but I've written many with Access.

Regards,

Marty Habicht

Hi Alpha,
Thanks for the prompt reply; I see what you mean when you say "reference the workbook" properly now!
