Change Pivot Table Selection Another Worksheet

I have 2 pivot tables

Pivot Table 1: Summarizes product sales into weekly buckets.
Pivot Table 2: Summarizes product sales into monthly, quarterly, YTD etc buckets.

I have created a number of charts and tables in a 'Dashboard' worksheet. I would like to the ability to have the user only go to the 'Dashboard' sheet and select which product group they would like to see. Can this be done? Using Excel 2003.
